Motorolla Xoom tablet

By now I'm sure most of you have heard about the xoom tablet for verizon. i was just wondering what you guys thought of it. Its basically an android ipad. Although the ipad still dominates the industry, this would have to be the runner up in the tablet wars. what do you guys think?

    at first i thought it was just another ipad rip off but when i took a closer look bang! it actually looks something i might consider getting. its more economical than an ipad thats for sure.

    well i think it will be better than the iPad but the iPad already owns the market, it will be dificult to take over.

    I honestly think tablets are silly and a waste of time. They just aren't practical, they are neat and shiny but ultimately useless.

    they guy in cube across from me has one! Its pretty bomb. I think i like it more than the IPAD 2.. just a little overpriced though.

    You should read about Mobys Latest Purchase if you have some free time. I am a very dedicated follower! :)

    I think that given time, Android could become the new leader in the industry. The problem is everyone wants the "Fancy Looking" stuff that does simple programs like photo/video editing and surfs the web at decent speeds. The Xoom (Sadly I don't have one) will someday be a benchmark in what shall become the new Tablet Leader

    oh boy, i honestly don't like the idea of tablets. its kinda like a mix between a huge iphone and small laptop. meh, no point. doubt id ever purchase one

    I think this whole concept of tablets like these is so impractical, even when it was JUST the iPad on the market, but I do like Android apps better.

    From a code perspective android is much nicer!

    Apple code is full of redundancies and is just inconvenient where as android is much nicer too work with.
